Thr bump isn't very big and it's flat so not very helpful. I like the cups are stiff but being I order a lot online from many sites these seem to be Asian sizes. I'm a size 38D and ordered a size up and they are still kind of small which matches up with the sizes of bras ordered from China online. Buy 2 sizes up. Don't put these in your bra directly on your skin they itch. I got these to replace the inserts in my sports bras since I have to watch them every use. They will do but they don't look too great since its too small makes a weird shape on top of the boob.

These fit well but I knocked off two stars because they seam to made of a material that is uncomfortable and very hot. I put them inside of multiple bras to see if it was just the one but no. Every bra I used these in becomes uncomfortable and HOT. Boob sweat is not worth it.

I generally use these under the Beyond Yoga cropped tank tops. The tops themselves are super-soft and comfortable, and each one has a shelf bra, into which these inserts fit perfectly to support me, give me a little oomph, and otherwise cover my nips to keep things classy conservative. The inserts wash well – I do tend to stuff them into a bra garment bag, to help their longevity – but I've also tossed them straight into the washer and they haven't suffered from any fraying or misshaping when I do. I bought another set recently, though, because I hate doing laundry and it's nice to have extras when I need them.

I'm a 32C and petite (about 5 feet, to give you an idea of the frame of my chest) and these look great and fit well. They do give me fuller coverage, so I imagine they'll still work well for ladies who are taller than I am.

I received the pad fast and they look very well made. I haven't installed them into a bra yet to try them out but the quality is great.

These are the best inserts to replace in your sports bras and swim suits. I also have a couple maxi dresses I use these inserts with. Great quality, comfort and keep their shape. No issues after washing/drying. I have ordered these multiple time and will continue!

I thought the liners were a decent quality. They seem to be made well but they tend to slide around inside my sports bra. I bought the recommended size according to the size of the old liners in my shorts bra. I think they are much thicker than I anticipated which is good if you are looking for a breast enhancement effect. I simply wanted a liner for my shorts bra that offered coverage without the bulk. The fact that these don't stay in place makes me regret purchasing them. I sent an email to the address on the card enclosed with my purchase but have not received a reply yet asking for any possible solution to my purchase issue.

These are the only inserts, after trying more than half dozen, that fit perfectly. They supply the fill-in from my reconstructive surgery. Very happy.

I measured the old ones but based my order on their cup size. The D/E isn't a D/E so I'm returning them.

As to the quality, it's very good and lightweight. I need the bump in the bottom for some support. It's not a push-up – it's for support. If these fit me correctly, I'd keep them. There is nothing out there for us 'bigger' girls.

I'm a C cup and these are really small. They don't add lift or volume. They have an odd shape that was noticeable under my clothes. They seem to be made well and there are no uncomfortable edges, but otherwise these were useless. I liked the colors. These should be cheaper for what they are. Returned.

I've purchased these several times over the years and keep adding them to my dresses and tops that have built-in bras, as well as to my swim suit tops. They wash well (no twisting and deformities) hold up, and provide great lift for those who may be smaller up top :-). I'm a full B cup and buy the larger ones. I recommend for A to B cup people.

Way to large for my A/B size bust. With this under my shirt I looked out of portion and the seams showed through my Tee shirt. I should have returned, but never got around to it.

I have used pads in my swimsuits for years, but these seem to be the best so far. They give me a better shape, and do not tend to hold onto water and sag the suit down. Wash nicely. Throw them in with my swimsuit and hang to dry. Purchased 2 sets since is swim daily. Highly recommend!

The pads are the first to go in these types of bra. I would donate or put in garbage.Now I just replace pad and bra is good as new.The bras have not much to them but they are expensive so to be able to just replace pad made a big savings to my credit card.

I can't wear a bra without padding. It's just not a thing. So when I buy some bras that are the perfect style and fit very comfortably, without padding, it's the worst. This is why I purchased this pack of inserts. They work great! So far they have fit in the bras, they have provided light but comfortable padding that prevents any immodest showing through, and they have been easy to remove and reinsert. Overall I would recommend and would repurchase.

I'm going to be as detailed as possible, since I think most of the reviews didn't cover the information that I wish I could find.
So, some background- I'm a 34 DDD. All of my bra sets are from AdoreMe (for those of you who are familiar with the materials they use). I ordered these cups for the unlined bras that I have from them, mainly because I HATE when my nipples show through. Because I'm busty, I feel like it draws even more attention etc. I also wanted to expand my options for bra styles, so now I don't have to care if the bra is lined or not since I have these.
Anyways, as I stated, I ordered these for my unlined underwire bras so my nipples don't show through when I go into the cold grocery store (we're adults here). I hate the stares, and I've always been really self conscious about people looking at my chest because I've been busty since I was a teen (I'm 32 now).
After reading some reviews, I settled on these. On other similar products, people mentioned the edges of these cups not being hemmed, so they would fray when washed. Well, these are stitched on the edges. That's not a problem with these.
The material is about what you would expect. It feels like a thicker version of the removable cups in swimsuits, and they are also that same triangle shape.
I ordered the D/E size, and it fits perfectly inside of my 34 DDD bras. They don't move, and they are comfortable.
They do have a little "bump" at the bottom of the pad, which is obviously for some push-up action. I don't think it really did anything for mine, but I don't care because I don't want anything push-up, anyways.
They look good. It looks like I'm wearing a normal lined bra, and they "shape" things nicely and not all weird (you know what I'm talking about).
I do not plan to use these in my swimsuits, but I guess you probably could. They are about 3x as thick as the flimsy cups that usually comes in a suit, so just keep that in mind. In my opinion, I think they would absorb too much water.
I ordered the pack with the black, beige, and white because I wanted to make them look as "built in" as possible. For most of my bra colors, any of the 3 cup colors look fine through the lace/whatever the other sheer bra fabric is. It doesn't look awkward by any means.
The material is soft, and I didn't get irritated skin or anything. I'm super pale, so the smallest bit of irritation makes me look like I have something contagious on my chest. No signs of anything. My skin acted like the cups weren't even there.
I'm not sure why it took me so long to get around to shopping for these. I told my self like 2 years ago that I need to see if these exist. Well, now I'm glad I did. I was not self conscious at all wearing a pair of these today. I was in love the second I put them in my bra. Total game changer.

I am a 36-38 A and a was going to buy the small but the picture shown said my size would be medium. I read the reviews and some people said they were too small so I chose Medium, I shouldn't have. They are too big for my sports bras and swim suit tops (sz M). I also wish they were rounded at the top instead of coming to a point. Other than that they're really good quality and I plan on buying the small ones next time.

I've purchased this 3 times now. I'm replacing the bra part of everything I have. I just need wash the item with these bra paddings and remove them to dry separately. The bralets I buy don't have this nice of padding, so I use these and throw theirs away.

I bought these because I can never find a bra where the waistband fits me and the cup. So I sewed these in as filler. So don't expect a super push up effect.

This is my second order of these inserts. They are excellent in weight, washability, and coverage. I am a 34 – A cup, and I can place these inserts into my workout and dress bras easily and quickly. No pilling, no shifting, no lumping. They can be a little bit hot in the summer, but that is to be expected. Definitely worth the purchase. I will be purchasing again once these wear out.

I purchased these to replace the bra pad inserts for some of my sports bras. They are extremely comfortable and very supportive! I would highly recommend them. I tend to get super sweaty in my workouts and these held up perfectly. I also noticed when I was running that my girls do not move as much thanks to the little support pad on the inside of the bra.

Overall if your looking to replace or just need some bra pad inserts, these are worth every penny. I might order more ??

After my surgeries I had to start wearing sport bras instead of under shirts. The pads that came with my bras I did not like. I got these and they are perfect. They balance out my chest perportion, very comfortable and not bulky. They don't get in way when moving in various ways. My Lady says she likes the way the look on me. I liked so much I ordered another box for all my bras.

I bought the C/D size. They are way too small for being C/D size and they don't stay in place. I'm constantly having to readjust them. Not horrible but not what I was expecting or hoping for.

The box this came is was messily taped closed and there was a big torn in the box that was not taped. If this was not clothing, I wouldn't be as uncomfortable about it possibility being a returned item. But this is almost "intimate apparel". The pads appear clean but the presentation of such a broken box bothers me.

It's a good bra insert… especially if you're looking for a padded look to your sports bra. I use a sports bra as my regular bra so a little enhancement is fine for a dressier look; though not for an exercise look.

These do run what I would call small but are one for my needs. They do slip around and need to be anchored but they feel natural. Cost is very reasonable.

I have bought these inserts more than once because they are fabulous for fixing bras with low quality or barely-there pads in them. I am on the smaller size as far as chest size and these give me a bit of oomph and maybe a little more self confidence.

I finally got my bra insert pads from Nimiah! After a shipping hiccup, they finally arrived and I was able to tried them on. I am a size A/B but I wasn't sure if this would be the right size based on their sizing chart since it wasn't clear to me. However, once it arrived and I was able to try it on, I felt much better. The overall takeaway from this bra insert pads are that it is really comfortable and you can use it to replace the ones you already have from other sports bras or place them above your cleavage before wearing your favorite bra over it. I tried it with the latter way and it is comfortable and soft feeling without making me feel overly aware that I'm wearing them, which is a bonus! I do like that the edges are sewn because it won't fray after a few washes and I also like that there's a little extra padding at the bottom to give you a little boost in a natural way, at least for me it did. Enjoy!

These are a bit thicker than I wanted. My biggest concern is the lingering chemical odor, even after at least two washings. The stitched edges are nice.

Wish they had larger sizes to small

These pads are heavy duty and well made, compared to the thin styrofoam ones that usually come with bras/swimsuits. Problem is, the shape is AWFUL! Way too curved so it makes my breasts look incredibly pointy and stick out towards the armpits instead of straight in front. Maybe they work better for other bras, but I tried them in different swimsuits and non-padded, no underwire bras. Really disappointed because they do add volume & are great quality. Just wish they were more flat, without any curve. The pointy boob look is so not good lol

These are well made and sturdy but I found them to be too thick. They give a padded appearance and that's not what I'm here for. If that's what you want, these are great.

They seem good quality, although they stink really bad. But the shape it leaves is terrrrrrible, like Madonna cones flashback.

If I can figure out how to get them to stay in place without stitching them in they will work, maybe a piece of velcro??

Great quality..for normal size (Cup B). What I dislike is, it is too small in some of my sports bra. Felt uncomfortable and moving. Not sure if they have cup C size.

These were HUGE! I am a B-C cup and had to cut theses BIG TIME for them to fit in anything which ultimately left a seam since i had to cut off the hem. Disappointed.

I would've give this product 5 stars, but it wasnt big enough and I couldnt get it fit perfectly inside the bathingsuit. The quality is perfect, the material is perfect, its not flimsy or cheap material. Everything was great, I needed them for my bathingsuit, it was just what I wanted. I am a D cup and I wanted to lift my breast a bit, i needed the pads to go under my breast but the way most bathingsuits are designed, I couldnt get the pads to go in a place to get my breast lifted. I was disappointed because like I mentioned, its a perfect material.

These are a nice quality and you can tell by the side stitching. I bought these to replace some of my original bra pads. Let's call these a nice upgrade and the ones that come with most bralettes are "builder's grade". Original ones are cheap and fall apart in the wash because they have no side stiching. These wonderful upgrades are well constructed and last.

Overall, these do the job which is hide the part of the breast you may not want to show while wearing thin workout materials (that's my reason for using them) however, depending on the sports bra I wear, they have slipped out of place.

These are made well and sewn well… they're just really small. They move inside my sports bra, so I'm consistently having to touch my chest to move them back to where they should be. It's really quite awkward and you wouldn't think it was that noticeable, but really it is. I feel like Madea… adjusting my lady parts all the time.

I bought a set to use w my sports bras and swim suit. I placed the inserts with push up cushion on the outer breast to shape therefore, secured them at a bit of a diagonal w a couple of stitches; the top and the side close to the armpit.

I tested them w a jog and they held up well and are comfortable but I would suggest you go a size up if you are larger than a C cup.

These did not add much support/lift to my string bikini top but they had enough coverage for both my bikini top and sports bra to smooth the nipple area.
